MARK j. sODERSTROM, DVM

Dr. Soderstrom, a native Nevadan, is a 1993 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed a small animal internship at Sonora Veterinary Surgery and Oncology and a surgical residency at Oklahoma State University. Following his residency, Dr. Soderstrom accepted a clinical instructorship - postdoctorate in Neurology at North Carolina State University. He is currently pursuing board certification by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Dr. Soderstrom's professional interests include medical and surgical neurology and oncologic and general surgery.

Outside of veterinary medicine Dr. Soderstrom enjoys being the other half of the adventure race team Lewis and Clark as well as challenging himself and the laws of physics through kayaking and biking. He coaches and competes in track and field and is raising three very active girls.
